Service Description

This is my most popular option, and is perfect if you're looking for a really in-depth analysis of your sleep situation, along with support, reassurance and guidance for steps on how to achieve your sleep goals. After completing a detailed intake form and sleep diary, we'll schedule a 60 minute consultation where we can do a deep dive into your little one's sleep to figure out what's happening and why. You'll the get a sleep plan with tools, techniques and strategies to change your current sleep situation. With up to 6 weeks of follow up support, including emails, WhatsApp messages or online calls, the ongoing support takes the stress out of sleep, so the whole family is feeling more rested. Process You'll complete an intake form which has lots of questions for me to be able to properly assess how I can help you to achieve your sleep goals. You'll also complete a sleep diary for 3 days. This lets me take a holistic approach to your family's sleep needs and gives me the best start to getting you on your journey to better sleep. You can also book your consultation with me to discuss the sleep challenges in more detail and for us to discuss options and ways you can support your little one to achieve your sleep goals. After our consultation, you'll receive a detailed sleep plan with options, suggestions, tools and strategies to help improve things for you and your family. You can choose how long you would like your follow up support to be. £175 (no follow up support) £250 (3 weeks follow up support) £325 (6 weeks follow up support) You can then email as many times as you like over the following weeks with any questions, queries, or for further help and support. We can also schedule a follow up call anytime within those weeks to discuss how things are going and for you to ask any other questions or chat through anything else.


Cancellation Policy

It is your right to cancel at any time if you do not feel that sleep coaching is right for you or your child. Full refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before a consultation takes place. After this time, no refunds will be issued. If you need to move your appointment or start date, please contact Steph as soon as possible to rearrange. If Steph has to cancel, she will offer an alternative time which will be mutually convenient to both parties. If, after reading your sleep diary, Steph genuinely feels that a different approach with an alternate practitioner would be more in your interests, then you will be issued a full refund.
