Hi, I'm Steph

I'm a holistic sleep coach and the founder of Gentle Sleep Support. I trained with leading responsive sleep specialist Lyndsey Hookway across a 16-module certification covering sleep biology, child temperament, sensory processing, culture, health, and mental health.

But really, I'm here because of my own experience. When my daughter was born, she woke every 90 minutes until she was 18 months old. I spent months in a dark room, convinced I was doing everything wrong, finding nothing online except advice to leave her to cry, which never felt right to me.

When I finally found a responsive approach to sleep, everything changed. Not overnight. But genuinely and sustainably. And I became slightly (okay, yeah very) obsessed with sleep science, which led me to train, and eventually to build Gentle Sleep Support so that other families could find a different way without having to go through what I did.

I believe that if something isn't a problem for you, it's not a problem. I believe in doing the easy things first. I believe you should never have to change something you enjoy (like feeding to sleep or cosleeping) unless you feel like it's unsustainable for your family. And I believe that understanding your child is always more powerful than following a script.

Is this suitable for my child's age? The Bedtime Reset is designed specifically for children aged 2–6. The content covers the developmental, emotional, and biological factors that make sleep tricky at this age and stage. But I have had families of younger ones do this who have found it super valuable too.

Is this a sleep training programme? No. There is no cry-it-out, no controlled crying, and no leaving your child to manage alone. This is a fully responsive programme built around understanding your child and supporting them through change.

What if my child is at the younger or older end of the age range? The principles apply across the full 2–6 range, but if you're unsure whether it's right for your specific child, just message me and I'll let you know honestly.

What do I actually receive? You'll receive a welcome email with your workbook attached shortly after purchase, and then 14 daily emails starting the following Monday. Each email includes a short video link and your daily activity.

What if I miss a day? No problem at all - the emails are yours to keep and go back to. There's no live element and no pressure to keep up perfectly.

Will this definitely fix our bedtime? Honestly - I can't promise that, and I'd be suspicious of anyone who did. What I can promise is that you'll understand your child's sleep significantly better, you'll have a toolkit of responsive strategies, and you'll have a sustainable plan that's built around your family.
