Hi there! I’m Steph, mum of 1 tricky sleeper and 1 baby with medically complex needs, a certified holistic sleep coach (OCN Level 6) and I’m based in Edinburgh. Welcome to my page. I’m guessing you’re here because you’re beyond tired. Maybe you have a little one with bedtime struggles, a frequent night waker, a nap-resistant toddler, and early riser, or maybe there’s a combination of the above. I hear you, it’s really hard and can feel like it's going to last forever. But I’m so glad you’re here.

I offer a holistic sleep coaching service, providing families with tailored one-to-one support, to help improve sleep in your home. I provide you with the knowledge, tools, and support to help you to make gentle changes, that align with who you are as a parent. All strategies I offer are responsive, evidence based, and attachment-focused, meaning that you won’t ever be asked to leave your child to cry alone for any length of time.

Using intake forms, sleep diaries, and consultations, you’ll get advice, suggestions, and step-by-step support based on your sleep goals. I work with families locally in and around Edinburgh, nationally and internationally and in a variety of formats. The service I offer is really customisable to suit your family’s needs.

Steph was amazing. I contacted her with a tremendous amount of anxiety, both around improving my two year old daughter's sleep before I went back to work, and in regard to finding a sleep consultant who took a truly gentle and responsive approach to baby sleep. Thankfully, Steph was exactly the person we needed. We were so grateful to work with someone who listened to and understood our sleep story and what our goals were. She provided a concrete sleep plan with steps that felt achievable to us within our timeline, as well as supported our parenting choices (such as continuing to breastfeed my daughter to sleep).
